DEVELOPER PROPOSES A FOUR-STORY MIXED-USE BUILDING ON MADISON’S EAST SIDE

A local developer is proposing to build a four-story mixed-use property on Madison’s east side.  The project would replace the vacant Stop-N-Go convenience store, located at 2002 Winnebago St., with 24 apartments, underground parking, and commercial space.
