Dental Health Associates is a specified commercial space that required specificity in space planning and program. The space ensures patients receive the best care possible and doctors and staff have a functional, comfortable, and long-lasting facility to administer that care.
To accommodate individual treatment rooms, the building is fit with a variable refrigerant flow HVAC system to maintain a quality environment while using minimum mechanical space. To enhance the patient experience, the interior finishes focus on warm tones, natural materials, and an abundance of natural light. The result is a space that is calm and relaxing, as well as efficient and functional. The exterior architecture of the building has a modern feel expressed through geometric massing and a blend of brick, cast stone, and flat metal panels.
