Heritage Hills features a diverse selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, complete with contemporary finishes, private entrances, storage options, and heated underground parking. Comprising 100 apartment units across two three-story buildings, the project is thoughtfully oriented towards the street to engage pedestrians and enhance the neighborhood’s cohesive feel.

A centrally located two-story clubhouse connects the buildings and houses amenities such as a business center, meeting room, community room, exercise and yoga studios, and an outdoor roof plaza overlooking the pool. A standout feature is the three-season room adjacent to the pool, equipped with glazed overhead doors that can be opened for outdoor enjoyment in favorable weather and closed for extended use from early spring to late fall. Additional amenities include an outdoor grilling area and a fenced pet exercise zone, all with automatic fire protection.

The design takes a modern approach to the traditional farmhouse aesthetic, utilizing high-quality materials like masonry, composite siding, dimensional asphalt roofing, and standing seam roof accents. The hipped main roof at each building’s ends reduces the perceived height, while thoughtful articulation, material variation, and roof gables create a façade that harmonizes with the nearby smaller-scale residential structures.
