It seamlessly unites hospitality-forward co-working (Lodgic Workplace), flexible, learning-oriented child care (Lodgic Kids Camp – Flextime Learning by Mooseheart), and robust food and beverage services (Everyday Kitchen Restaurant & Bar and Clever Moose Market Café) into one fluid space.

Lodgic is committed to making life better for everyone. The facility design is bright, modern, and productive. The main entry for the building is provided toward the northeast corner of the building with an additional entry for the restaurant and bar located further west. Two pedestrian entries are located along Marshall Court. Along the west side of the building, above the entry to the underground car park, an attractive raised roof terrace is provided for outdoors seating and dining. On the south side of the building an outdoor play area is incorporated between the building and a future bike path. The exterior architecture expresses the energizing uses inside the building with a coordinated palette of high-quality materials.
