The Depot

The Depot Apartments, located in downtown Madison on the site of the former Badger Bus depot, is comprised of three interconnected buildings of varying heights: three, four, and five stories. The five-story building includes ground-floor commercial space, featuring a CVS Pharmacy with a drive-thru window.

Designed to harmonize with the neighborhood, the development employs a historic motif with "tumbled brick" to achieve a weathered aesthetic. Certified Green Built, the project incorporates advanced sustainability features such as a solar-assisted hot water system, a sophisticated heat pump system for heating and cooling, and green roofs with rainwater-retaining plants.
