The Outlook at 1000 Oaks is a residential development featuring 110 units across three apartment buildings, designed to enhance housing diversity and provide a seamless transition between Valley View Road and Sweet Willow Pass. The three-story wood-frame buildings sit above underground parking, with Buildings #1 and #2 connected by the clubhouse, which includes a roof deck overlooking the pool. Building #3 stands independently along Sweet Willow Pass, and where possible, ground-floor units feature private exterior entrances. The exterior design utilizes high-quality materials, such as metal composite panels, vertical steel siding, composite wood siding, and brick veneer for a modern, durable finish.
