Project Overview

The Winnruss on Winnebago is a three-story mixed-use building featuring eleven residential units, approximately 1,525 square feet of retail space, and 6,500 square feet of office space, complemented by private basement parking. Designed as a contemporary take on a traditional storefront, it enhances the Schenk-Atwood business district. The extensive glazing along Winnebago ensures excellent visibility and accessibility for the first-floor office and retail areas. The second floor includes an additional 3,500 square feet of office space and four residential units, with ten-foot ceiling heights and enlarged windows for optimal proportion and natural light. The third floor is dedicated solely to residential living, housing seven dwelling units. The building's exterior showcases a blend of masonry veneer and stone accents, finished with sleek metal panel siding.
